Statement.

We believe the web works best when it works for everyone. We're actively working to ensure that rentmodco.com meets or exceeds the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA — the widely accepted standard for accessible web content.

Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time checkbox. We review and improve our site regularly as we add new features and content.

Our current accessibility efforts include:

• Semantic HTML structure so screen readers can navigate the page accurately
• Sufficient color contrast across text, buttons, and interactive elements
• Keyboard navigability — all interactive elements are reachable and operable without a mouse
• Descriptive alt text on product images
• Visible focus states on all interactive elements
• Responsive layout that adapts to different screen sizes and zoom levels

We're aware of areas where our site is still a work in progress:

• The 3D configurator and embedded 3D model viewer may not be fully accessible to screen reader or keyboard-only users. We're evaluating alternatives.
• Some older product images may have incomplete or generic alt text. We're working through these systematically.
• Complex form interactions in the rental builder are being reviewed for ARIA labeling completeness.

Our site is designed to work with commonly used assistive technologies, including:

• Screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack)
• Keyboard-only navigation
• Browser zoom up to 200% without loss of content or functionality
• High-contrast and reduced-motion browser settings

If any content on our site is inaccessible to you and you need it in a different format — or if you'd prefer to complete a rental request by phone or email — we're happy to help. Contact us and we'll work with you directly.

We aim to respond to all accessibility requests within two business days.

If you run into an accessibility barrier on our site, please let us know. Your feedback helps us improve. When reporting an issue, it's helpful to include:

• The page or feature where the issue occurred
• The assistive technology or browser you were using
• A brief description of what you were trying to do and what happened instead

Some content on our site is provided by third-party services — including embedded 3D model viewers and mapping tools. We make reasonable efforts to select accessible partners, but we cannot fully control the accessibility of third-party embeds. If you're having trouble with embedded content, reach out and we can provide an alternative.
